One of the joys of my job is being able to catch the perfect once-in-a-lifetime moment. This morning at the Desert Botanical Garden was a special one. Arizona is a favorite destination for Keating and Allison who were visiting from the midwest. There is no better place for a surprise marriage proposal. Although Allison knew Keating had set up a photoshoot for the two of them at the garden she had no idea a proposal was in the works. I met the couple at the front entrance of the Desert Botanical Garden and took them to my favorite spot which is usually quiet and away from many of the garden crowds. After a couple of poses, Keating shot me a quick look then got down on one knee. And then a heartfelt “YES!” From that moment on it was nothing but smiles as we continued around the garden for an engagement session.
